Conservation
We can help your company comply with the hearing conservation
provisions required by both the 29 CFR 1910.95 Occupational and
Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the 30 CFR Part 62
Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). All our services
are done on-site and include all of the following:

Monitoring |
|
Obtain personal and/or area noise
level measures to determine if employee noise exposures equal
or exceed an 8-hour, time-weighted average (TWA) of 85 decibels,
equal to a noise dose of 50%. |

Baseline/Annual Hearing Testing |
|
Obtain employee audiogram and evaluate test results for standard threshold shifts (STS), medical referrals, reportable hearing losses, and baseline revisions. Employee test results distributed on completeion of the test.

Annual Employee Training |
|
Provide employee training to the
effects of personal noise exposure, purposes of hearing testing,
and the selecting, using, and caring for hearing protection. |

Hearing Protection |
|
Advise on the proper and adequate
hearing protection, including dual protection when required. |

Recordkeeping and Documentation |
|
We do the recordkeeping, including
all current and previous annual hearing test results, employee
training records, and noise monitoring surveys, and are always
available to you when needed. |
